TWINSBURG TRAVEL TEAM MANAGER SELECTION

TBL is accepting application for Managers of our U9 thru 14 Travel Teams for the 2011 baseball season. If interested please submit your application to senvisky@gmail.com by July 30, 2010. Manager applications will be reviewed and approved by the TBL Board of Directors on August 4, 2010.

TRYOUTS FOR TWINSBURG U9 thru 14 TRAVEL TEAMS

Tryouts will be held at Liberty Fields August 15th & 29th with a rain date scheduled for August 22nd.

U9,11 & 13 Registration 8:30am -9:00am, Tryouts 9:00am – 12:00pm

U10,12 & 14 Registration 12:00pm – 12:30pm, Tryouts 12:30pm – 3:00pm

EQUIPMENT TURN-IN

Friday, August 27th 6:00pm-9:00pm for T-Ball and Coach Pitch (7 and 8 yr olds)

Saturday, August 28th 9:00am – Noon for Juniors, Minors, Majors and Seniors

 Words of Wisdom

Review the checklist to see how you measure up.

1. Persistence is more important than talent.
2. Respect the game as much as you want to be respected.
3. Practice hard because you play the way you practice.
4. It doesn’t take any talent to hustle.
5. Never argue with an umpire.
6. Don’t tell people what you are worth, prove it to them.
7. Don’t let anyone make an excuse for you.
8. Maintain eye contact with all adults when they talk to you. Practice on your friends.
9. Life is not fair, regardless of what some people want you to think.
10. Love the game.

REGISTRATION FROM 7/1 – 8/15
Last year we closed registration early, so don’t wait. Games are every Sunday morning from 9/5 – 10/24. 8 game abbreviated season that does not conflict with soccer/football.
Games 10:00am or Noon.
